2. Human-in-the-Loop Liability

While AgencyFlow AI employs advanced deterministic safeguards, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving "PendingUpdate" actions before they execute. We are not liable for autonomous actions approved by your organization's users.

3. Data Sovereignty

You retain all rights to the data processed by our systems. AgencyFlow AI acts strictly as a data processor.
