At AgencyFlow AI, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our platform. However, because our service includes non-recoverable AI infrastructure costs and compute hours upon deployment, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with AgencyFlow AI within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing dashboard. Once canceled, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

Enterprise Custom Plans

Refunds for Enterprise agreements and custom integration services are subject to the specific terms outlined in your master service agreement (MSA).
