Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 2026

AgencyFlow AI is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that every professional deserves equal access to the tools that help them do their best work.

Our Commitment

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, and where possible, Level AAA.

Measures We Take

  • All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable and have clearly visible focus states.
  • Images and icons carry descriptive alt text or aria-label attributes.
  • We maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for body text across the platform.
  • The dashboard and all marketing pages use semantic HTML5 elements (e.g., <nav>, <main>, <section>) for compatibility with screen readers.
  • All form inputs have associated <label> elements and descriptive error messages.
  • No content auto-plays with sound; all motion effects can be reduced via the system-level prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • We do not use CAPTCHA that disadvantages users with visual or cognitive impairments.

Known Limitations

While we aim for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas are still being improved:

  • The 3D background animation on the homepage is decorative and is marked aria-hidden; it does not convey information.
  • Some third-party components (e.g., Razorpay checkout, Clerk authentication) are managed by external providers. We encourage those vendors to maintain their own accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

AgencyFlow AI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are conducting an ongoing accessibility audit and expect to reach full conformance by Q1 2027. Our India-based hosting on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) does not affect accessibility in any way.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of AgencyFlow AI. If you encounter any barrier or difficulty accessing any part of our platform, please let us know so we can address it promptly.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant national authority. In India, matters related to digital accessibility may be raised with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPWD Act).
